Team Coaching

Working effectively as a team, whether co-located or hybrid, is one of the most powerful levers for creating a high-performing and human-centred culture.
Team coaching is also where leadership becomes more collective: building the shared goals, tools and enablers alongside the mindset, behaviours, dynamics and habits that shape how well you function as a unit.

My mission is to help you show up as one supportive and effective unit that consistently deliver high performance, moving from :

  • Friction & disengagement → Trust & collaboration:
Building the relationships and communication that allow you to engage, challenge and influence each other constructively
  • Silo & individualism → Cohesion & high performance:
Aligning around clear goals and shared ways of working: the mindsets, behaviours, processes and tools that turn a group of individuals into a team that consistently delivers together
  • Unclear values & unhelpful behaviour → Thriving culture:
Translating values into shared behaviours that unify, sustain and stretch the team
  • Isolation & limited influence → Organisational impact & enablement:
Securing the mandate, resources and cross-functional relationships your team needs to deliver beyond its own walls
  • Align around a shared direction:
Define your collective purpose and ambition, then translate it into a concrete roadmap, clear goals, strategy, roles and ways of working.
Every team member knows where you’re going, how they contribute individually, and how progress will be measured.
  • Strengthen how you work as a team:
    Address frictions across two dimensions:
    > The human side – the mindset: shared values and behaviours, communication, conflict, challenge and feedback, trust and accountability that makes collaboration effective even in a hybrid environment.
    > The ‘operational’ side: goals, processes, tools and rituals (such as meeting effectiveness, decision-making, role clarity and ownership) that make work consistent and measurable.
When both reinforce each other, fulfilment and performance follow.
  • Build your team’s impact beyond its own walls:
A high-performing team knows how to operate within the wider organisation.
This means understanding where power and influence sit, building the relationships that create genuine allies, and managing your team’s reputation so that when resources or priorities are at stake, you are visible, credible and heard.

Engagements typically run for 9 to 12 months.

  • Being human:
Team members perform best when they belong, feel safe, respected, valued and when there is shared purpose, clear direction and mutual trust. Neuroscience proves it. Building that environment intentionally is the foundation for fulfilment and performance.
  • Real-world business experience:
20 years in senior corporate roles taught me what it feels like to be part of both high-performing and dysfunctional teams: what makes a team grow and what gets in the way. With 15 years of coaching teams and their leaders, I know how to read what’s really happening and how to move a team to where it needs to be.
  • Science-driven methodology : Understand → Rewire → Perform:
Transforming a team means shifting not just individual mindsets, but the shared patterns, dynamics and habits that emerge between people. I combine neuroscience, emotional intelligence, cognitive behavioural therapy and coaching  to help teams understand what is really driving how they work together.
  • My style:
A space of psychological safety for honest conversations where I encourage individual and collective reflection, accountability, and push them to think differently. As a bilingual, binational professional, I’m equally at ease across diverse and cross-cultural teams.
  • Partnerships:
I collaborate with leading organisations such as Heidrick ConsultingHilary Scarlett, and Coode Associates
